CoCreations: Importance of AI and Automation in Public Relations: Enhancing Efficiency and Impact

A new benchmark survey conducted by The Conference Board (free download) in collaboration with Ragan Communications reveals that marketing and communications professionals are increasingly co-creating with artificial intelligence (AI) in their work. The survey collected responses from 287 professionals, and 87% of marketers and 85% of communicators have already used or experimented with AI tools for at least one application. Moreover, 68% of marketers and 60% of communicators are now integrating AI into their regular workflow.
