The Top 10 US Public Relations and Communications Companies list is calculated from a weighted analysis of key indicators of “deep interest” from businesses seeking to find PR and communications partners in the United States.
The July 2025 Public Relations rankings from CommPRO and CommunicationsMatch reveal a summer shake-up in the industry, with four agencies making their debut in the top 10 and two returning after notable absences. Despite the movement, the heat of July did little to unsettle the dominance of the top two firms.
Holding the top spot for another month, Racepoint Global, headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, continues to lead with its integrated communications services for tech-forward brands. Serving both B2B and consumer technology clients, the independent agency is known for helping companies connect authentically with audiences, from emerging startups to Fortune 500 giants.
HUNTER once again secures second place. The New York City-based full-service consumer marketing communications agency has built its reputation on strategic PR, social media, and influencer campaigns that generate brand loyalty. With clients across the food, beverage, home, and lifestyle sectors, HUNTER’s consistent performance reflects its adaptability and creative approach.
Climbing into third is 42 West, a New York agency renowned for its work in entertainment and media, representing talent, global brands, and startups at the intersection of pop culture, content, and technology.
In fourth, Pittsburgh-based Elias/Savion joins the list for the first time. Known for creative messaging and unconventional media channels, the integrated advertising and digital agency delivers compelling brand stories through traditional and digital platforms.
Oakland, California’s Ellipses Public Relations makes its debut in fifth. Specializing in promoting food, beverage, and travel experiences, the agency blends strategic PR with social media and AI-driven marketing.
H&S Communications, based in New York City, rises to sixth place after reentering the rankings. Its two divisions—Earned Media & Influencer Relations and Talent & Partnership, Experiences, & Content—reflect a hybrid approach that combines storytelling, cultural relevance, and experiential marketing.
Bread & Butter, headquartered in Los Angeles, enters the list at seventh. This creative collective is recognized for its focus on food, beverage, hospitality, health, spirits, and travel, executing integrated campaigns through its in-house creative studio.
Las Vegas-based Kirvin Doak Communications claims eighth place in its first appearance. The agency delivers results-driven campaigns spanning PR, digital marketing, advertising, social media, and public affairs for clients in industries from gaming to healthcare.
Ninth place goes to Los Angeles’ Michele Marie PR, known for strategic celebrity placements, influencer partnerships, and media outreach in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle sectors.
Rounding out the list, Washington, D.C.-based Precision Strategies returns in tenth. The firm applies data-driven insights to strategic communications, digital engagement, and campaign management for brands, causes, and candidates.
For communicators, the July rankings highlight a competitive field where consistent excellence, sector specialization, and creative integration are key to long-term success. The mix of legacy leaders and ambitious newcomers reflects an industry where agility and authenticity are as important as reach and reputation.
