FGS Global Creates New Intelligence & Engagement Role, Appoints Aaron Kwittken to Lead

The communications industry is undergoing one of its most transformative shifts in decades, as artificial intelligence, analytics, and digital engagement become central to how companies manage reputation and connect with stakeholders. This week, FGS Global signaled its commitment to that future by creating a new Global Head of Intelligence & Engagement role and appointing veteran comms-tech innovator Aaron Kwittken to lead it.

In this newly created position, Kwittken will unify and expand the firm’s digital, intelligence, and engagement capabilities. His mandate: to embed AI-powered insights and technology-driven strategies across the enterprise, helping clients, from multinational corporations to higher education institutions, prepare for what’s next in an AI-augmented world.

FGS Global’s Global CEO, Alex Geiser, described the appointment as a critical move to strengthen the firm’s leadership position: “Aaron is a pragmatic visionary whose proven track record in enterprise data, analytics and communications technology makes him ideally suited to lead Intelligence & Engagement. His experience developing proprietary insight tools and commercializing data-driven capabilities will be instrumental as we scale our global impact and continue to differentiate FGS Global in the sector and beyond.”

Kwittken, the founder and Global CEO of PRophet, one of the largest AI-powered comms-tech platforms, and previously founder of KWT Global, brings more than 30 years of experience at the intersection of communications, data, and analytics. Over his career, he has advised leaders through crises, corporate transformations, and complex stakeholder environments while championing the role of technology in making communications more accountable and measurable.

Reflecting on the opportunity, Kwittken emphasized the timing: “I am honored to join FGS Global and to lead Intelligence & Engagement at such a pivotal time for the firm, its clients and AI’s transformative effect. FGS is uniquely positioned to lead the market in insights-driven communication with a sophisticated tech stack and impressive team of strategists, analysts, technologists and creatives. I look forward to partnering with colleagues and clients to unlock new value, drive innovation and deliver measurable impact around the world.”

For communications professionals, the appointment highlights an important industry reality: technology and intelligence are no longer optional add-ons, they are core to how modern communications delivers value. Predictive analytics, AI-powered engagement, and data-driven insights are reshaping how firms anticipate crises, guide strategy, and measure impact.

By establishing this role and tapping Kwittken, FGS Global is not just making an internal investment. It’s signaling to the industry that the future of communications will be defined by the convergence of intelligence, innovation, and human expertise.
