Industry Powerhouses Join Forces for First-Ever Communications Town Hall at Cannes

This June, Cannes Lions will be home to a transformative new experience for the communications industry: the first-ever Communications Town Hall, presented by CommPRO, hosted by Madhive, and brought to life by Fabric Media.

Held at the prestigious Le Majestic Hotel, this groundbreaking session will bring together an elite group of executives across PR, marketing, media, and technology for an unscripted, town hall-style forum. No panels. No scripts. Just real dialogue.

The session will be guided by Jason Damata, CEO of Fabric Media, and Paul Kontonis, CMO-in-Residence at CommPRO, and will feature high-level leaders from across the globe—CEOs, CMOs, chief strategists, creatives, and client growth leads. Titles span every corner of the industry, from global agencies and household-name brands to media powerhouses and trailblazing tech innovators.

Companies with a presence in the room will include Meta, Chanel, Comcast, Publicis, Getty Images, EY-Parthenon, M+C Saatchi, Cashmere Agency, and many more. Their collective insights will fuel a live discussion about the most pressing—and often unspoken—challenges facing modern communicators.

“This Town Hall isn’t about presentations—it’s about participation,” said Paul Kontonis. “We’re creating a space where the smartest people in communications can speak freely, challenge assumptions, and build real solutions together. It’s the kind of conversation our industry needs right now.”

Adding to that vision, Jason Damata, CEO of Fabric Media, emphasized, “We’re not here to impress, we’re here to progress. The Town Hall format flips the traditional experience on its head—no stage, no filter, just leaders in the room building the future of our industry, face to face.”

CommPRO extends special thanks to HUNTER for their leadership and support in helping bring this event to life. Their continued commitment to industry innovation makes forums like this possible.
