#FragranceForwardTFF, is a sweeping initiative to advance DEI and representation in the fragrance industry. It was launched one year ago today. Since then, we’ve launched a successful scholarship program at Fashion Institute of Technology, created #ScentsOfSuccess, a groundbreaking career development program at HBCUs and other MSIs nationwide including Spelman College and CCNY ADPR and hosted webinars to drive the conversation around fragrance industry DEI into action.
