Golin Ketchum Officially Launches Following Agency Integration

Golin Ketchum officially launched today, completing the integration of Golin and Ketchum into a single communications agency operating under a unified brand and leadership structure.

Golin Ketchum Officially Launches Following Agency Merger

The combined agency will offer services across brand and consumer marketing, corporate affairs, health, technology, and food, agriculture and nutrition, supported by a global network of offices and specialty practices.

Matt Neale serves as CEO of the new organization, with Tamara Norman as President.

The launch formalizes a merger that has been closely watched across the communications industry as agencies continue to adapt to changing client demands, growing specialization, and the increasing role of technology and artificial intelligence in communications and marketing.

According to Neale, the decision to launch under the Golin Ketchum name was intended to preserve the equity associated with both organizations.

"We considered a range of options, but ultimately the strongest choice was the simplest one," Neale said. "Both Golin and Ketchum have built strong relationships with clients and strong reputations in the market. Bringing the names together honors that history while reflecting the future we're building as one organization."

Agency leaders said the new organization will continue to operate through local market teams while drawing on broader resources across the combined firm. Existing client teams and relationships are expected to remain in place.

The agency also unveiled a new visual identity, including a logo built around the organization's initials and a color palette anchored by "Flare," a red-orange hue intended to represent the energy behind the new brand.

Golin Ketchum said its operating philosophy will be centered on three principles: creating with bravery, leading with curiosity, and collaboration. The agency's stated purpose is "Together, we'll do the best work of our lives and create change that matters."

Neale described the launch as an important milestone in the integration process and an opportunity to combine the creative, strategic, data and technology capabilities of both organizations.

"This isn't simply a brand launch. It's our declaration of intent," he said. "Golin Ketchum offers clients the most awarded creative team in the world underpinned by a relentless curiosity and the most effective AI and data solutions. We embody the apex of human creativity and next generation technology."

The launch completes the agencies' transition to a single identity while bringing together two firms with long histories in the communications business. Industry observers will be watching closely to see how the combined organization positions itself in an increasingly competitive agency landscape where clients are seeking integrated communications, marketing, analytics and AI-enabled services from fewer partners.
