AI and the New Reality of Reputation

  • Virtual Town Hall Via Zoom (map)

Following the strength and honesty of our recent CommPRO + CommunicationsMatch™ town hall, we’re continuing the conversation with a focused follow-up session on one of the themes that kept surfacing: how AI is reshaping reputation in real time.

We’re bringing this next discussion together with Sam Michelson, whose work is helping define how organizations understand and manage what AI systems are saying about them and how those narratives are forming without direct control.

This will again be a CommPRO + CommunicationsMatch™ Virtual Town Hall. No panels. No presentations. Just a candid, peer-level working conversation.

What’s changed even in the past few weeks is clear. Reputation is no longer shaped only by media, stakeholders, or owned channels. AI systems are now interpreting, summarizing, and presenting narratives about companies and leaders, often before communications teams even see them.

This session is designed to explore what that actually means in practice.

We’ll focus on questions like:

• How do you manage reputation when AI is interpreting your story at scale?
• What does “accuracy” mean when machines are shaping perception?
• Where does accountability sit when narratives are no longer fully human-driven?
• How are communications and IR teams adapting in real time?

As with all of our town halls, the value comes from the room. This is a space for people doing the work to share what they’re seeing, what’s changing, and what they’re trying next.

If you joined us for the last conversation, you know how real these discussions can be. If you couldn’t make it, this is a strong entry point into a conversation that is only getting more urgent.

We’ll keep the group small to allow for meaningful exchange.
