Pemberton, a strategic consultancy to professional service firms including marketing and communications agencies, announced today that 20-year agency veteran, Joe Flores, has joined the company in the role of Executive Vice President, Chief Growth Officer.
For the past 20 years, Flores led marketing communications programming that drove exponential revenue expansion across numerous agency accounts – from Fortune 100 and 500 companies to emerging and challenger brands to startups, including Microsoft, Diageo, MasterCard, Kimberly-Clark, DICK’S Sporting Goods and FanDuel, among others.
“As we grow, continuing to collaborate with agencies around the world on their sustained, strategic growth, adding someone of Joe’s caliber is a real victory for Pemberton,” Founder and CEO J. Flores has shared his talents with powerhouse agencies such as Endeavor (WME | IMG), Taylor, MikeWorldWide and BMLPR where he guided organic growth of numerous client relationships from five-figure project work to multi-million dollar agency of record partnerships. For his efforts, PRWeek honored Joe as one of its prestigious “40 Under 40” in 2014.
