John Toepfer is Founder and CEO of Synthesis. He is a technology entrepreneur and investor with 30 years of experience developing and deploying document automation and communication solutions for investment companies.
Toepfer’s early career was spent working with firms such as RR Donnelly, Adobe, Datalogics, and Document Directions until he founded Synthesis Technology in 1998. He also partnered to form the online training company, eLearningCurve, in 2009. You can find his thought leadership articles on topics like content automation, data management, and leadership on the Synthesis blog. He currently resides in Chicago with his wife and two sons.

Matt leads the sales and business development teams at Mediafly, driving overall revenue growth and guiding the company to better understand the enterprise sales cycle. Since joining the company in 2010, Matt has been integral in adding and growing the company’s customers across different verticals. As a member of the executive committee, he also guides the overall strategy for Mediafly.

Previously Andrew was Chief Investment Officer for the Beacon Trust Company where he managed long-only strategies and long/short funds. He ran Beacon Indexes publishing indices tracked by ETFs and UITs. Prior to Beacon Trust, Andrew was the founder of Clear Asset Management and Clear Indexes (sold to Beacon Trust). Andrew was SVP of Marketing of TheStreet.com and Independent Research Group. There he headed marketing, advertising and digital communications as the firm achieved its first full year of profitability. Previously, Andrew was EVP/CMO of London-based Citigate, a multinational, publicly-traded integrated communications agency. Prior to Citigate, Andrew was the CEO of Admaster Communications and MasterApproach, an investment industry consultant and software developer. Both were sold to Citigate.
