PR ROI in the News: A Global Update from PRIME Research
The ROI of public relations is making news—from the SABRE Awards (celebrating outstanding work in public relations) in New York, NY to ABERJE (the Brazilian Association of Business Communication) in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Dr. Rainer Mathes, president of PRIME Research, addressed the members of ABERJE at their recent conference in Sao Paolo.
UPDATE FROM THE SABRE Awards: New York, NY
At the May 8, 2012 SABRE Awards program, The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid, along with partners PRIME Research and Porter Novelli, won a coveted Diamond Sabre award. The Diamond SABRE award category is new this year and was created to recognize the increasingly strategic role of public relations in brand-building and corporate branding; the increasing sophistication of measurement and evaluation techniques; the importance of the chief executive in effective communication; and organizations that employ public relations in the broadest sense to enhance their reputations and expand their business.
CMS/PRIME Research/Porter Novelli team took home the Diamond Sabre Award for Superior Achievement in Measurement and Evaluation. This new award (one of five) and Diamond category recognizes public relations campaigns that made a meaningful and measurable contribution to an organization’s bottom-line results.
The CMS/PRIME/Porter-Novelli winning entry presented the most compelling case among all the entrants showing that the campaign’s results were directly related to effective communication that was shaped by research and rigorously measured and evaluated.
