Please don’t mistake my thoughts on innovation to mean that we are now at an out-with-the-old crossroads. In fact, we see quite the contrary at my company. Through our#samerules #newtools blog we show that although we have great new communication tools to engage and generate content (exploring ever deeper and richer demographics) the fundamentals of communication have not changed. Poor writing still looks bad whether in a newspaper or in a Tweet. Human behavior can be modified, but human nature is much harder to overcome.
