The Idaho Lottery, (hereinafter “Lottery”) is inviting responses from qualified, Idaho-based
marketing/advertising agencies to provide Creative Services including the development of
creative, production and delivery.
Qualified Respondents meeting the requirements and specifications contained in the RFP shall
take into consideration all associated costs of providing the marketing and advertising services
requested in this RFP and offered in their Proposal. Any additional costs incurred by the
Respondents will be the responsibility of the Respondent and not be the responsibility of the
Lottery.
