Join one of Long Island’s largest public companies as their Vice President, Investor Relations reporting directly to the CFO at its Long Island headquarters. Position will be based in Melville, NY.

Manage and direct all Investor Relations activities, including:
Develop and implement overall investor relations strategies
Direct and manage activities for Annual Report, Annual Shareholders’ Meeting and quarterly earnings conference call
Engineer and leverage business segment presentations to customers, investors, rating agencies, etc., to build high impact presentations used by senior leaders in key investor conferences and other events
Plan, develop and execute key investor seminars, conferences, small group meetings, road shows, etc.
Monitor analyst coverage and estimates of company, peer group companies, competitors and other industry coverage
Design, maintain and enhance investor relations collateral and presentations
Prepare presentations and slides for corporate and investor presentations, marketing presentations, webcasts and earnings materials
10-12 years overall Investor Relations business experience with at least 5-6 years recent overall responsibilities for Investor Relations function in a $1B plus public company
Strong knowledge and technical understanding of equity market valuation criteria and analysts’ models
Strong skills and understanding of financial statements
Outstanding relationship management skills with critical constituencies including, but not limited to key shareholders, Board of Directors, CEO, et al
Strong analytical skills
Solid project management skills
B.A. Degree; MBA preferred with concentration in finance or accounting
Excellent computer skills
