Job Description

Based in the City, the role will partner with three of the five businesses; Wealth Advisory, Wealth Management (UKI) and Wealth Management (EMEA) providing full internal communications support. In addition, this person will have accountability for two Internal Communications Managers who partner with the other business areas, effectively, managing the Business Partner element of the team. You will also support the “Head Of” and Management Committees for each of the three business areas, providing sound advice, strategic thinking and planning. You will work closely with the senior teams to support all their internal communication needs. You will design and implement internal communications plans, in support of the overall business strategies, based on an understanding of the business’s marketplace, vision, objectives, and audiences and manage a range of channels to support this.
